Under the auspices of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the laws outlined in the "U.S. Trademark Law Rules of Practice & Federal Statutes",  the mark, CRUISEDRIVE™ has been registered under serial number 78275712, as of the date 1/4/2000, by CruiseDrive Inc., 1760 Gaylord Street, Suite 602, Denver, CO 80206, USA. The graphical specimen which was submitted as part of this trademark application, and subsequently approved, is shown below:

Proper Use of the CruiseDrive Trademark and Associated Logos
CruiseDrive is committed to protecting its trademark (CRUISEDRIVE™) and logos (shown above) as a valuable asset to the company. As a result, the following guidelines should be used when referencing our trademark in printed materials. Our registered trademark takes the form Cruisedrive™ in plain ASCII text (the forms CRUISEDRIVE™, cruisedrive™, or CruiseDrive™ are also acceptable representations. Other trademarks, either shown on this web site, or other associated printed materials, are the property of their respective owners.

"Logos" means images and graphics shown on this web site, or as provided by CruiseDrive™, which includes, but is not limited to, CruiseDrive™ trademarked or service marked symbols and logos. The user may not alter any Logo in any manner.

The CruiseDrive™ trademark and "Logos" may be used on World Wide Web Site(s) (hereto referred to as web sites) or other Internet or intranet application(s), subject to compliance with all other terms, but only to link to CruiseDrive™ at http://www.cruisedrive.com (or some other sub-page of this domain) and for no other purpose or use.

Intellectual Property Rights. The CruiseDrive™ trademark and logo constitute the intellectual property of CruiseDrive™ protected under United States copyright and other laws and international treaty provisions. CruiseDrive™ retains all right, title, goodwill, and interest in and to the Logos.

Only Permitted For Positive Presentation. It is not permissable for anyone to use the CruiseDrive™ trademark or logo on any Internet Site which disparages CruiseDrive™ or its services. The trademark and  logo may not be used in any way which implies endorsement or sponsorship of another Internet Site or some other product or service by CruiseDrive™.

CRUISEDRIVE'S Discretion. The CruiseDrive Logos may not be used in any way which, in CruiseDrive™'s reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage CruiseDrive™'s goodwill in the trademark and logos including, but not limited to, uses which could be deemed obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful.

Term, Termination. CruiseDrive™ may at any time terminate or modify the use of their trademark and logo on any other third party site. CruiseDrive™ will notify any user of the trademark or logo in writing (or by some other means, such as email) and give them no more than thirty (30) days notice to comply. The terms of this trademark and logo policy may also be amended at any time by CruiseDrive™ with no notice. No amendment or modification to this trademark and logo policy by a user shall be valid or binding on CruiseDrive™ unless made in a written document referring to this Policy and signed by both parties.

In addition, if CruiseDrive™ in its sole judgment believes that its trademark or logos are being used for a purpose not approved by CruiseDrive™, that CruiseDrive™'s rights are being jeopardized or that a user is in default or violation under this Policy, LAWDOG™ may immediately terminate the use of the trademark or logo. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease to use the trademark and logos in all online content, and destroy all printed or material copies thereof in the user's control or possession. All the remaining provisions of this Policy shall survive termination of the use of the trademark and logos.

Waiver. Colorado Law Applies. CruiseDrive™'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Policy shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The user may not assign their rights under this policy, and any attempted assignment or delegation shall be void. This Policy and any and all claims arising out of the relationship between the parties outlined above shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.
