TRAVEL AGENT AND CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
To make it easier
for Travel Agencies and Corporate Clients to order and
track bookings on our online quotation system, we have
created a corporate account sign-up system. To start your
own account you will simply have to provide your basic
contact information, and choose a password so that you
will be able to log in to your account through our web
site home page, or any other web page that has a account
login box, as can be seen in the top left part of this
page.
There is absolutely no cost or obligation involved in
setting up your own account. This is simply an easy way
for our repeat clients to make online bookings in the
easiest and most efficient manner. Click

The Sign Up Process
See the screen shot images below to preview the
sign-up process. Note that you will not be asked to
provide any billing or credit card information. That
information will only be requested when you have made and
confirmed your first booking. The system is flexible, and
you may use your own corporate card, or the credit card of
the client.

When you click on the "Travel Agent Account"
link to set up your account, you will land in this
first screen. Here you enter the contact information
for the primary account holder. The primary account
holder is the person that we will contact with regards
to transactions and bookings carried on in this
account. You will be asked to enter your email address
and select a password so that you can login to the
account from any page in our web site that has a login
box.

Corporate accounts may have multiple users. Each
secondary user is called an "associate". Associates
are given their own login and all bookings that they
make will be referred directly to them and their
personal email address. This feature makes it easy for
an agency or office with multiple employees to set
each person up with their own account access. The
account administrator can manage each of these
associates, and can also review their bookings if
necessary.

After the primary account holder's information has
been entered, and after all the account associates
have been set up, then this review screen comes up,
which gives the user the opportunity to make and
corrections and editing changes before the account is
submitted and "taken live". When you press the
"Submit" button on this page, your account will be
set-up.

Travel Agent
Sign Up - Confirmation Screen
This is the final confirmation screen that shows
the account holders summary information. By clicking
on the button at the bottom of the screen, you will be
logged in
immediately and you will be able to manage your
bookings online. This screen is presented for your
information, if there are any changes to be made, they
can be performed when you log in by clicking on the
"Manage Account" link from the Main Menu.

Main Menu
Once you are logged in, this is the main menu screen
that appears. From here you will be able to manage all
the features offered. You can create new bookings,
track new bookings that have been submitted for a
quotation, track pending and confirmed bookings for
which an itinerary has been set up. The screen also
provides a summary of all the bookings in the system,
so that you can track when an itinerary has been
confirmed.

Edit
Account Information
From the "Manage Account" button you can add,
remove and edit all the associate's information. Edit
the primary account holder's information, the billing
criteria and the passwords used to access the system.
This screen only appears for the primary account
holder. When an account associate logs in they see a
reduced range of menu options and are not able to make
major changes to the corporate account.

Calendar View
We have also developed a calendar view so that
you can see all of your pending and confirmed bookings
in one user-friendly screen. The different bookings
appear in the date window in which they are booked.
This is a useful way for a supervisor to keep an eye
on the booking process, and to maintain supervisory
control over a number of account associates.

Account Registration - Privacy
In order to use this corporate account system, a user must first
complete the online registration form.
During registration a user is required to
give their contact information (such as name and
email address).
