For larger
groups of 6-8 OR MORE persons traveling together (or
for smaller groups with large amounts of luggage), we
have the following minibuses, buses and coaches
available. Before booking please take the time to
review the cancellation and booking policies that are
listed
below. In some cases trailers and luggage vans can
be also be supplied - Prices on application:
- 9
seater, 8 passenger minivans (will take up to 7
cruise passengers)

16 seater minibus WITH a luggage trailer (will take
up to 12 cruise passengers)

16 seater minicoach (up to 12 cruise passengers with
luggage)
-
24 seater coach (will take 12-14 cruise
passengers, with luggage)
-
29 seater coach (will take up to 16 cruise
passengers, with luggage)
-
35 seater coach (will take up to 22 cruise
passengers, with luggage)
-
49/53 seater coach ( will take up to 35 cruise
passengers, with luggage)
IF
you are booking for a smaller group of 3 to 6 persons, BUT
they have very large "cruiser style" cases or trunks, please call us!
We are here to make your trip as comfortable as
possible, but we provide the vehicle that we believe
will accommodate your group, based on the information
that you supply on the booking form or by phone.
IF you have any
doubts about the amount of luggage that your party
will be bringing, please call us. We make every effort
to ensure your satisfaction with our services and will
make sure that the vehicle provided meets your needs,
and can accommodate both your passengers AND their
luggage.
For
groups that are taking a sightseeing tour (for example
around London, possibly with a tour director or
guide), we can provide a suitably sized bus or coach
for the group to sightsee in, and place their luggage
in another vehicle, a luggage van. Smaller vehicles
are preferable when traveling through some of the
older and less accessible parts of the city. |
PLEASE NOTE: All COACH & BUS journeys for large
groups MUST be booked by phone through our UK office as
these reservations require special arrangements to be
made, especially during peak travel season.

COACHES, BUSES
AND MINIBUSES - CANCELLATION POLICY
SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS
apply to coach reservations for
large groups. These are dictated by the coach companies,
and we have little control over them. We maintain
excellent relationships with a wide range of coach and bus
companies, and can always obtain lower rates, especially
in situations where short term reservations need to be
made during high travel seasons.
1. Payment in full is required a MINIMUM of 14 days before
the date of the hire. In some cases we require full
payment more than a month in advance. This will be
stipulated once your reservation has been completed.
2.
There are CANCELLATION CHARGES associated with coach
hire.
- In
most seasons, if coaches are cancelled MORE THAN 14
days before the date of hire, there will be NO CHARGE.

Cancellations made LESS THAN 14 days before the date
of hire, but MORE THAN 48 hours, will be charged 50%
of the total cost of the hire.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours, will be charged
100% of the cost of the hire.
There
are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
